The setting was absolutely stunning, giving us a truly immersive experience. The campaign had a fantastic story that weaved in each character’s backstory expertly; making sure we were all involved. The sessions themselves were really fun, with great DMs with different DMing styles. It’s great to play with so many like-minded people, hanging out with old friends and meeting new people. A fantastic week of dice, dragons, and undead.

After a few years hearing about it, I finally decided to join the annual D&D trip and I'm so delighted I did. The people I met were lovely, welcoming, and fantastic company. The castle was beautifully rustic, had great views and was well located for visiting tourist sites and exploring the countryside. However the D&D games were the real highlight, impressively managed between the four DMs. With integrated PC backstories and an overarching story to unravel, the games were fun, engaging and rewarding. Every table was a new experience and it was a great way to meet new people with shared interests. Overall this was a fantastic experience and I couldn't recommend it enough.

We had an unforgettable week playing D&D! Our characters’ adventures were full of excitement—whether it was exploring a wizard’s tower guarded by a drunken sphinx, bargaining over tricky Fey contracts, or being chased down by our own backstories, every session was a blast. The DMs were fantastic: motivated, well-prepared, and clearly having as much fun as we did. Each one brought their own style and experience to the table, giving every game its own unique flavor.

A really enjoyable weekend which had a good balance of DnD and other activities whilst taking place in a suitable and very thematic location deep in the countryside! I would highly recommend this event for anyone who enjoys a well put together week long mini campaign that has different quests available to choose from each day. Whilst also being able to enjoy a great stay in a very thematic location and handled by a well organised team!
